The 640 Discovery is a great ear piece for me and I'm a Tuck Driver so being on the phone a lot new ear gels are needed from time to time. These replacement gels are great.
Product was exactly as advertised and was a perfect fit. No hassle, brand new product and extremely affordable.
I do appreciate the low price and quick shipping. I needed the replacement because my ear bud fell off my headset and got lost. This is just what I needed, almost. My only issue (and I'm sure it's more of an issue with Plantronics than the seller) is that I couldn't get just the size I wanted. I would prefer to have 3 of the size that I use rather than buy 1 replacement and 2 buds I don't need.
LoL I did the next best thing. "ummm, we just sell the bluetooth unit." So. Amazon is the electronics culture's "Wal Mart". Tried to find these ear buds at every local electronics business in Chico. Always got the same story. I ordered from Amazon and saved a bundle of cash and got them in 4 days.
My problem is not with Amazon, it is with Plantronics directly, why do they make a three pack and put three different sizes in it. It was shipped and received quickly. Plantronics should really consider selling a three pack of each size. I am glad I have an opportunity to purchase replacement ear tips for my Plantronics Ear Piece. The price was the best around on Amazon. I only need one size, so I am paying for 2 ear tips that will ultimately go in the trash.
