My problem is not with Amazon, it is with Plantronics directly, why do they make a three pack and put three different sizes in it. It was shipped and received quickly. Plantronics should really consider selling a three pack of each size. I am glad I have an opportunity to purchase replacement ear tips for my Plantronics Ear Piece. The price was the best around on Amazon. I only need one size, so I am paying for 2 ear tips that will ultimately go in the trash.
The only drawback is you can't buy just the size you need. These are exact replacments and work fine. You have to buy a pack with three different sizes.
We needed these replacement parts and could not find them in any stores because the ear piece had been discontinued. We found them on Amazon for a good price and they arrived very quickly.
Glad to find these aren't to expensive to replace. Just wish they didn't come off so easily.
Unfortunately I got it from a bad local retailer and the rubber parts where damaged. Actually I already have a Plantronice 665 Bluetooth but i didn't buy it from amazon. I didn't expect that Plantronics will provide spare parts for a very tiny part :)
